- Answer If you can use the aux then find compatible speaker splitters then reconnect the second set to the splitter this should work!

QuestionI’m attempting to connect it to a Vizio smart tv. Everything is plugged in correctly, it’s been paired, and I I have tried all three output options in my settings (including PCM). I’m using the RCA connection method.

- Answer I would try your USB port it sounds like you aux/rca isn't working or the wires are bad... the setting selection shouldn't interfere with performance.

QuestionI hooked my soundbar up last night to my tv and it worked. But this morning when I turned the tv back on, it wasn't working. It even worked with the tv remote so I'm wondering if I should just use the remote for the soundbar seperately NS-SBAR21F20

- Answer I have this sound bar hooked up to a Samsung TV and yes, unfortunately I have to use the sound bar remote separately to turn the unit on and off. But I love the sound, especially for the price.

QuestionI connected the soundbar to my TV with an optical cable. The sound breaks a lot and it's so irritating. I tried unpairing the subwoofer and pairing it again multiple times but it didn't work. The soundbar works fine when I turn of the subwoofer.

- Answer You can press the Power button on the soundbar to turn on/off your soundbar. Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement remotes for this soundbar.

- Answer Go to Walmart buy you a replacement remote for the onn soundbar system but it must be a replacement remote for the 2.1 or 5.1 because those are the only ones that have the base and treble up and down and options on the remote or you can order it online rather be via eBay Amazon any of those type of places will sell a replacement or a used remote but onn remote works on the same frequency wave hour sensors...

QuestionHad fir over a year and subwoofer does not work! We've done every type of trouble shooting possible. It's paired we see the light on. We've turned Southlake to bass (aqua) and have tried to up volume on bass nothing works! I guess for get what we paid for

QuestionHello! Can this sound system be left on at all times? I'm thinking of hooking it up to my turntable through one input and my echo dot smart speaker through the other and switch between those two 24/7. Will this damage my speakers in any way? Any advice?
