A:AnswerI would say ur drive is dead. If u can, try to plug it directly into a PC data cable to see if it gets power then. Or an old Xbox 360 data transfer cable works if u have one of those. Seeing as how it gets power when u unplug ur drive I would say it def is ur drive tho.
