A:Answer My NS-RMT2D17 2-Device Premium Universal Remote Control I just bought a few hours ago, will turn our Insignia tv on and off, that's about it!!! can't get input button to work, nor up and down channel, menu either, pressed numbers for channels, nothing works!!! I went through the steps properly, got the 2 blinks from both buttons at top, press tv and ok light stayed on, then press and held number 1 for 30 seconds as well, took new batteries out and put back in to nothing changing, bought 2 of these for 2 different rooms each does the same. Can u please give advice to help resolve both these issues. Gotta b doing something wrong! Thanks for any help that can b provided!
