    • Answer It depends on what part, your question is a little vague. When I bought my refrigerator the door tray was broken. I called Best Buy Customer Service at 1-888-237-8289 and asked them to send a replacement. I just received my new tray. Hope that helps. The part took 2 months to arrive, so be patient, make sure to get the order number so you can call monthly to check on it.
