A:AnswerDon't bother. Ours had an E6 error out of the box. That error is not in manual, and apparently customer service doesn't know what it is either or how to schedule a tech to find out. Run to another store and another product.

A:AnswerI'm having the same problem with my new Insignia freezer. I've put petroleum jelly on as suggested. No difference. It takes serious strength to break the seal. When I pull on the handle, I actually pull the whole freezer forward. Loaded with food. My daughter bought the same size freezer, a Frigidaire. I experimentally tugged it open a couple of times tonight, no problem.
A:AnswerI have been trying to get an answer to this myself for quite some time. You would think that the manufacturer would have tested this unit for an acceptable ambient temperature range, without having warranty problems. The test results could then go into their product specifications. The customer should not have to guess about this. The answer given by the factory was a maybe. It tells me they don't know. Best Buy should tell the manufacturer to provide an acceptable ambient temperature range if they don't want to have warranty and return problems that hurt their reputation.
A:AnswerI measured and they are 15" H X 28" W X 18" D. you do have room for that extra 1/2" on the depth if you don't mind whatever it is you have to hang over the shelf a little. The shelves are not adjustable but we really think is a great freezer for us.
A:AnswerUnboxed our Insignia 21 cu ft freezer yesterday and upon plug in got an E6 error. Tried the repair number 3 times--spending well over an hour only to be disconnected three times. No one knows what that error is or how to schedule a technician. Have to work this weekend, but will be returning on Monday. How do we return to store? Do you come out and get it off our truck or do we bring it through the front door?
