“Can I use this with a basement hopper window that opens and tilts down from the top? The opening is 14"hx 24w”

• It might fit it comes with boards to fix it with to cover the opening of the window and the hose is pretty long

• You would need to fabricate a replacement to insert into the window opening, and attach the hose adapter to that. Not an easy job, but possible if that's your only option. The setup is designed for slider-type windows, and anything else would require modification.
