• There is an ice maker that drops ice into a bin in the freezer. The water dispenser is inside the fridge, left side. I like this to make sure my 2 year old doesn't spray (play) water all over the floor.

• I am not sure what accessories you re referring to. There is a water dispenser on the inside to the left side. Great working ice maker that goes into a container in the top portion of the freezer which is wonderful
