A:Answer to INSIGNIA:
I had the portable phone charger which was not shutting off after fully charged. Was advised to take it back to the store.
Exchanged for the portable laptop/phone charger. It did the same thing - did not shut off after fully charged.
Asked Geek Squad - he said it wasn't supposed to turn off when charged, not the way it works. No explanation, had a customer.
Insigna tech support had told me it should shut off within 2-3 minutes once charged.
Geek Squad insisted no that isn't the way it works.
Returned. It was an open box, but this is two units now, different models.
Samsung A50 phone - does it matter the model of phone?
Did not try a laptop charge.
