- Answer It should since it simply splits or combines the connection in all 3 directions. As long as your headphone has a female input and you use two separate 3.5mm cords for each device.

- Answer Most newer Laptops have BT built in, and have Audio and Mic jacks. So adding the BT dongle will work as well if you currently do not have built in BT, and if you do, you can turn the built in off
