QuestionI had two washers that I had to disassemble to get down my stairs. Is this able to come apart ? As in can I remove the inside to slightly bend case to get down stairs and reassemble?

- Answer To be honest I don’t know. However, I can tell you that this model isn’t very wide. It’s maybe the width of an average size person’s shoulders. It is about an inch or two taller, which makes up for the width when it comes to load size. This model is also fairly light in comparison to other models.

- Answer According to the manual provided with the washing machine, you can use powder detergent. However, it should be placed in the bottom of the tub, before you put the clothes in. I would follow this procedure when using detergent pods. Personally, I use liquid detergent.

- Answer Filling manually as with a bucket would probably not work as the washer goes through the various wash/rinse cycles. But I had read somewhere where a person wanted to hook it up to a cold water faucet only and the answer was that it might work if the washer is set to cycle only on cold tap water. Hooking the drain hose to a shallow sink might work, but the amount of water coming out of the hose might make quite a mess.

QuestionMy machine refuses to use Cold only on Cold and Tap Cold settings. We've checked the lines (installed incorrectly) and reinstalled properly. Still having issues. When Cold or Tap Cold are selected the hot water is still being used. What's the fix?

- Answer In my experience with this machine, each cycle is programmed to deliver a certain water temperature. I had the opposite problem that you're having. I'd ask for warm and get cold, or ask for hot and get warm. But this was primarily on the normal/eco cycle. I've found other cycles that deliver the temperature that I want, so I don't ever use that cycle anymore.

- Answer Turn the cycle selector to select a washing cycle and press the (start/pause) button. The washer automatically selects the water level.
