- Answer Go to settings on your remote. Scroll down to picture size. Be sure NORMAL is check. Every once in a while it changes to zoom, but not sure why.

QuestionI have this tv but my hdmi ports register there is a cord in the hdmi port but there is no picture? And I used the same setup for my xbox on my 55in and it works fine. I have the auto input sensing on and it senses the cable and the xbox but no picture

- Answer Have the same problem. Seems to be a common issue but all of the suggestions don't work. Menus on the net don't match the ones on my tv. Even this page has no response.!!!
