QuestionI can't find a replacement filter that fits ANYWHERE for my Insignia Air Purifier for a 375 Sq Ft room. The filter measurements online are incorrect. The filters are all about 3/4" too tall. INSIGNIA/BEST BUY: HELP!!!! I am about to report you to BBB.

QuestionAir flow into purifier (front vent?) should suck in and grab and hold a tissue in place. Mine doesn’t. Faulty? Or where does air suck in? Thanks.

QuestionWhen plugging in the unit, after about 2 seconds, only the green dots on the side of the display light up. Resetting (holding two left buttons for 5 sec.) doesn't do anything. What does this mean? What might we try to do?

QuestionOver the last week we have purchased this air purifier and the larger one. I am having trouble with my humidifier making the air purifier go up to 100-150. What is causing it to react?

- Answer The same thing happens when I cook, or even just boil water for tea. It is not a problem. The display is simply showing the number of particles in the air that are being removed. I am happy to see the number jump up and then quickly drop back down. This is evidence the purifier is working correctly.

QuestionThis looks like a great air purifier. But you will see lots of complaints about the unavailability of replacement filters. It's concerning the Insignia doesn't respond to any questions about lack of filters. Will they ever be available again? Who knows?

- Answer 1. Turn off your air purifier. 2. Remove the filter cover on the back of the unit by pulling it out. 3. Remove the used HEPA filter. 4. Install a new filter Model: NS-APFM2 into your air purifier, then reattach the filter cover.

- Answer I can't find replacement filters from any source. Beware the measurements shown in the Best buy website are incorrect. The original filter is 11.75 inches high and 8.9 inches in diameter. Instead you can clean your"disposable" HEPA filters. - Answer I would think so but being mold is not safe to be around I would say try to get rid of the mold ASAP. You Tube is a great source of how to do things. i have faith they will have a video of how to remove mold.
