“My TV is less than a year old. There has been a delay when pressing buttons and now the sound isn’t matching up with the shows. Anyone else have this or know how to fix it?”

Hi Ruca5446, For the delay please follow the following troubleshooting steps: 1~ Please remove the batteries from your remote and press every single button twice. 2~ Please place the batteries back in the remote and unplug the TV from the power source. 3~ Locate the following buttons and press them for about 20 seconds: Back, Menu (=) and the left side on the navigation ring. 4~ Release these buttons and plug your TV back into the power source. 5~ Please turn the TV on and wait for about 1 min. For the sound: Please select Display &Sound → Audio output → A/V sync → Auto or On. Select Sound → A/V sync → Auto or On. Insignia Support Renee
