“I bought an Insignia Sound Bar. I connected it with an HDMI cord. It says to set the sound output to PCM format. When I go to sound I only have settings for bass, treble, and balance. Is there another way to connect this?”

Try this: go to Settings > Display & Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control and select On. Also, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format Auto. If you are using the Digital Optical Cable, go Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM.
