QuestionDoes this set have analog audio outputs..aka red and white RCA jacks....it mentions one analog output...but is that a headphone output. ??..and if it's just one headphone output..does the speakers in TV cut out when you insert the headphone jack..? Thanks

- Answer Hi Dino. The TV does NOT have RCA Outputs, just the 3.5 mm headphones jack. The Headphones jack is also a bypass, so yes, the sound gets cut when you insert something on it. QuestionI just purchased this TV for my mother. I hooked her analog cable service into the back of the TV (no cable box). She has a hard time scrolling through the channels to find the channel she needs. Would a universal remote with numbers work?

To hide channels you don't watch for faster navigation: Use the included Voice Remote, press the home button, then select Settings > Live TV > Channel Management > All , scroll to the channel you want to hide and Press the Play /Pause button to Hide the Channel. - Answer Mine did the same thing when I was setting up the TV luckily an update for the remote came up, and I followed the steps on the screen. Just make sure you keep the remote close to the tv. Also, I had to power the tv off & on using the remote twice before the the update for the remote I hope this helps you out.

You can connect your headphones to the Fire TV by putting your headphones in pairing mode and going into the TV on Home Screen > Settings > Controllers and Bluetooth Devices. QuestionButton ON the TV turns it on and off, but cannot acquire the Home screen using the button . Fixed by Insignia agent last week, but broke again. Remote will turn it on and off, but will not access Home screen to select input. Batteries are good.

QuestionI have BOSE QC35 wireless headphones and even tho the TV says its connected via blutooth, I still get no sound aside from some cracking. Do I need a separate BT transmitter even tho they're both BT devices? Headphones BT works fine with other devices.

- Answer When you are in the Alexa mode on the TV (using the fire TV remote) scroll down until you see the menu that says inputs. Find the HDMI input that controls your cable or antenna or satellite and choose it with the center button (the one in the middle of the circle). This should take you to the way you usually view TV. Your regular remote should now function.
