- Answer Mine does as well That is the agitation cycle calibrating its self and level the load of laundry so it doesnt run of balance. If load is out of balance the washer shut off.

- Answer When it is calibration mode and balancing the loud it is in dry cycle. If it is make that noise during the waaher cycle you may want a technician to come look at it

- Answer Check the filter plug it’s next to drain line and unscrews to open. Make sure it’s tightly closed. I have had 2 of these and both did not come with filters and they are suposed to. Just another reason to have to call Best Buy again over nonsense. Do yourself a favor and return it. They suck!
