- Answer The Washer should come with an electrical cord but not a drain hose. I was informed of this and was even asked which kind I would like to purchase, the stainless steel , which is recommended, or rubber.

- Answer I know it's pain but I would have them bring me another unit seeng how it's a 1 year warranty. Sounds like it could have have been a repo and t who ever had it damaged by over later overloading the machine.

Questionwasher runs as if it filling but it never fills. I touch the drain hose I can fill the water run out that should be filling for the wash cycle. Eventually it give the E1 code I’ve made sure it’s leveled and the hoses are straight water pressure is correct

QuestionPut washer on the tub clean cycle, came back to the agitator detached & laying sideways in the tub. I took it & put it back on the peg in the middle, now the agitator doesn't rotate. Clothes aren't getting clean and water level isn't sensing right. Help!

QuestionI've had this washer around 5 months. Now the regular wash cycle is taking 71 minutes!!!!!! What's up with that? I think it was only around 40 minutes when I first started using it. Seventy-one minutes is wayyyy tooooo long!
