  • QuestionIs the agitator supposed to be slow/weak? How can that possibly clean?

    • Answer I haven't really noticed that, but the difference i see is the hole drum oscillates. This at startup, this helps balance the load. Posability that occurs durning normal operation. If so the agitator may not need to turn as fast.

  • QuestionHas anyone had an issue with the motor not spinning? I checked the belt, looks good and has not slipped, the bearings on the drive spin freely, and the e clip is present. Motor sounds like it wants to spin, but it doesn't. Washer is barely over 3 years.
