• No. Your laptop requires more power to charge. Laptops don't have a USB plug for charging.

• I would say no. This is meant for the hand held devices. Phones & tablets in my opinion.

• If your laptop will charge on a 2.1A USB cable... (So maybe the USB Type-C charging MacBook?)
