“I have a vision smart tv, I also have a hard drive that needs a powered usb, visio has a usb but not a 3v. Will this work for me? How does it get it's power? No wall plug.”

• This USB hub does not use an external power adapter. Each port is 5V 500 mAh.

• Gets power form the laptop it's attached to. Probably similar for TV usage but only guessing.
