This 4-port USB hub allows you to connect up to 4 USB 3.0, 1.1 or 1.0 devices to your computer via a single USB 3.0 port.

You can certainly try (if you have it already). As far as space between each port, its about 1/4" which seems enough to plug two thumb drives side by side. My concern would be all 4 ports using the same main USB port on your computer at the same time. I dont know if that affects the operation.
