Yes if they're all USB devices.

I also added my corded keyboard and wireless mouse to the hub occupying all four ports. I found that the performance of the two monitors was limited with the image dropping out on one or both monitors after it was up for about 15-20 minutes. I removed the keyboard and mouse from the hub and the performance of the two monitors improved but I still experienced dropouts intermittently. It seems to work best with one monitor, keyboard, and wireless mouse attached to the hub only. The second monitor I connected directly to my laptop and that configuration worked consistently. The hub may work with your Xbox, keyboard, and mouse because you are not trying to drive a monitor. The hub is inexpensive so it may be worth trying it out.
