“Does it come with power supply and is it Mac compatible”

• The power supply is what it pulls from your items that are plugged in. Since my mac mini is already plugged in, that is its source of power. Since my mac mini is limited in its ports, I plug it to my mac mini and then plug in my monitor/display, mouse, microphone, camera in the hub. It also has a headphone jack.
