Make sure your HDMI cable is of good quality and plugged in correctly. I occasionally get this error when the cable isn't plugged in correctly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, all of our TVs and their HDMI ports are HDCP compliant. Try unplugging the power to the cable box and the TV for at least a minute. While they are unplugged, plug in the HDMI to both devices. Plug both devices back in and power them on. Hopefully this will clear up and HDCP issues.
