I have 100Mbps service hard wired the wireless signal is a ymmv type thing but my router is in my basement and the TV on my first floor I haven't had an issue so far with the month I've owned it with buffering or slow streaming. I can say it's better running through the tv than through my Roku box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Before this tv, we had Roku 2 and steaming was never a problem. Now we have this tv and enjoy the WiFi where our modem is quite a distance. I guess to answer your question, it may depend on your modem and your high speed internet connection. We initially invested on the high end as we cut the cable cord.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Roku is very good to me. The speed is as good as the speed of your Wifi. If your Wifi is not strong enough to reach the second floor, you might have to buy a range extender for your wireless router which will extend your WiFi range. You can purchase one from $29.00 and up according to the distance you need. Hope this helps.
