• Yes that is correct. You just add the channels you want to your TV and voila!

• Yes it has wifi built in and I run Netflix and the new apps like HBO go and all the TV channel apps too

• Yes, all you need is WiFi to operate the Roku element (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) of the TV.
