- Answer The USB port on this TV supports JPEG picture files from a USB Flash Drive. Try to hook up a computer into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.

- Answer I don't have Dish Network. The only comment I can make is that the sound on this TV is not good. I am planning to buy a good quality sound bar and have it installed in order to solve that problem. The TV was easy to set up for our very simple configuration.

QuestionI bought this TV for my mom under the impression that it was a Digital smart TV. It arrived & she said it wasn't at all. Is this just a regular TV? Can it get streaming services & download apps, etc . . . I also thought it came with Roku. She's unhappy.

- Answer I bought this TV specifically because it was NOT a smart TV. It does not come with a Roku, but I connected my own Roku and it works fine when I want to use it. It's too bad that your mother wanted a smart TV, as there are many available, but this one was advertised as a regular TV and I was happy to get it. It works very well for my purposes.
