“I bought my BC2ZSS8 about a month ago, it is installed under the counter. It was working fine and running constantly. Recently the fans go off and on constantly and is not cooling either side. The temp is set to 37.”

• If you have warranty return to store. Mine was brand new and never cool.

• Try to pull out the unit a little so the back isn't against the wall.

• This happened to us too. We pulled it out just a tiny bit so it’s back is not against the wall and it hasn’t happened again. The beverages are kept cold now and it’s working great.
