If you have warranty return to store. Mine was brand new and never cool.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to us too. We pulled it out just a tiny bit so it’s back is not against the wall and it hasn’t happened again. The beverages are kept cold now and it’s working great.
