• 2 and it’s probably roughly 16 inches in length. Give and take. It’s not too short but not too long

• It is well hidden behind the TV now. I am pretty sure it is a three prong with a six-foot cord. If I am wrong most hardware stores carry adaptors to plug into along with extension cords.
