- Answer I added my Roku account to this TV first thing. All my previous SmartTVs were Roku and I didn't want to be without it. So far, it seems to work just like any other app or channel you subscribe to. It is not the main operating system of the TV, but the programming is available through the Roku app if you download it and log into your Roku account.

QuestionIs there any way to turn auto power off/auto sleep when tv is inactive for like 30 min? It's a bit annoying but I guess it's done to save power but I wish Bestbuy/insignia would do an update so users can disable that.

- Answer Hello! Thank you for your question. You can turn off the Sleep Timer on your Insignia 43" F50 Series Fire TV by pressing and holding the Home button to open Quick Settings, selecting Sleep Timer, and setting it to Off. Darshan | Insignia

QuestionIs there a way to keep the tv from turning itself off after a long pause? I've tried every setting I can find and it will still turn off after only about ten minutes if I leave it paused while watching a show. Sleep functions have nothing to do with this.

- Answer I found 1 option for 5 hours. It is a pain. As long as you have something stream/playing it should not go into sleep mode.

QuestionI have an Insignia 32" F20 Series Fire TV that allows me to pause live OTA channels. When I try to pause live OTA TV the F50 says "Unable to pause right now". Will this TV pause live OTA channels?

- Answer No. no tv is going to give you pause and playback control of over the air tv programming from an antenna. streaming - sure, but not OTA. a third party set top box (stb) or dvr/tivo type device would be required for pause and playback of ota programming.
