A:Answer Yes, of course. You can also do an extension cord, which is much less money. Extended cord attached directly to TV must match the connection "pin" setup, but a straight order from MFG would work. I have found that almost ALL U.S. attachments (t.v. side...not wall plug in side) are the same, so often computer power cords will work too. For my money just buy the extension cord!
