I would think so as the lights are almost cool to the touch after being on.. I can remove the bulbs while light is on..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This LED bulb should be fine in this and many other lighting applications as a replacement for an incandescent bulb, which is probably what your lighting fixture is designed to handle. If the fixture can handle an incandescent, it can handle the LED, which produces less heat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the bulbs themselves are cool to touch even after several hours of operation. I had used it in the bathroom, and no issues so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I expect the 450 lumen Insignia bulbs will be fine in your tulip fixtures. I expect the opening of the fixture is down? That's not as good as if the opening is up. If open to the top I would be very surprised if heat was a problem because the heat could rise up and away. Open to the bottom tends to hold in more heat, but being open I expect it will still be OK. I don't know of any way to predict other than trying them in your fixtures in your house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds to me that your fixture isn't closed, but open, so go for it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think so. I use 5 f them in a large chandelier which has each bulb enclosed in a frosted glass sphere. Very little heat means they are very safe (for indoor use) in any fixture. Don't use them outside. Not waterproof.
