What are the INSIDE dimensions? Is the bottom flat? null

It is not flat on the bottom, it has a 7” wide shelf at the bottom that is 7.5” tall. The dimensions are 20”x16” at the top, 27” deep to the bottom, 19.5” deep to the shelf. Take a look at the picture I drew the dimensions on there.

So the part of the bottom which IS flat is less than 16" wide? I was planning to use this for a conical fermenter that needs at least 16" square base. I guess I'll have to look at the next larger size.
