• If I remember correctly there is an extra charge for anything over two flights of stairs and states you must inform them when buying and scheduling initial delivery and when they call to confirm and to schedule so no surprises

• Went from box to plug-in, no assembly. I think delivery to the 5th floor might cost more, I don’t know. We had ours put in the garage, ground floor.
