• It is rather light, but dimensions are a little awkward for one person to carry -- say down a stair set. If you're just putting it into the garage, you can easily walk it into place.

• It's an easy two person move if you have stairs involved, the box is just a bit much for one person to get a grip on and it's just heavy enough to make that a hassle on stairs. It shouldn't be a prohibitive 1 person move on a straight shot to the destination.

• Do you mean the delivery person? Because the word "delivery" is a noun and nouns can't do anything except describe an action.
