How often do you have to defrost this unit? null

I've had mine now for over three years I've never defrosted it it comes with a plastic scraper to get ice crystals off the walls and if they ever get too thick to scrape off with the plastic scraper you could take the bottom of a skillet or the backside of a large knife to tap the sheets of ice that could form on the side walls.. This typically only happens when someone doesn't close the lid to the freezer properly.
