“It doesnt have a hose so how do I drain it? Booklet doesnt say whats the best setting to keep food at & it doesnt say what degrees the temp gauge should show inside. Shows 0 now that it sat for hrs. Whats best for tv dinners,ice cream & meats in zip bags”

You can buy a hose to drain it. We suggest you set the temperature control in the middle. If the ambient temperature is high, you should set it to MAX (coldest temperature). If the unit is not freezing, please visit insigniaproducts.com/email-us
