A:AnswerWith my research on this very subject because I live in Michigan . I found out unless you have a heated garage it's not advised to put it there. I wound up putting in a spare bedroom in house. It doesn't take up much room and better not to have extreme temps. Great freezer so far. I like the added light inside.

A:AnswerAh, interesting question - No MIN is warmest temperature, or least amount of cooling. Minimum cooling. Would have never thought of it the way you did!
A:AnswerI thought about doing this myself at first but then changed my mind because outside temperatures fluctuate too much where I live. Also it not recommended to do so on the packaging. However it really doesn't take up much space. You may have to rearrange a few things but it most likely would fit. They also offer a smaller size the 3.5 cubic ft. Might be a better option for you.
