QuestionCan someone tell me how to get the draft arm lid off? I’m trying to replace the beer lines that go from the keg coupler to the top of the draft arm in that thing feels completely solid. Someone has had to replace this before me right?

QuestionTemp is still at 40 degrees at highest level 6? 72 hours have past sice setting up kegerater. Still lots of foam with CO2 set at 8? Any suggestions?

- Answer Try 6 to 4 on a new CO2 Tank. As the CO2 tank gets lower you might have to up the CO2 up to 8 or 10.

QuestionEvery time I try to pour a beer, it won't dispense. I end up bleeding the CO2 line and letting it re-charge the keg for it to work. The regulator shows a constant 12, so I don't think that's the problem. Do I have a leak or a faulty regulator?

- Answer Hello there, Make sure that the CO2 tank has pressure and that both the CO2 tank and regulator shutoff valve are open. Verify that there are no kinks or obstructions in either the air line or the dispenser line and that neither are frozen. QuestionJust put the kegorator together. The door opens left to right. I noticed on the front left top of the kegorator it pulls up a bit. Is this normal? Is it like this in case I reverse the door to open right to left? Do I need to return and get another one?
