• The shelves do not adjust in most upright freezers. The shelves are cooling lines and can not be removed or adjusted. In this model the shelves are about 15 X 15" with a height between shelves being about 9" except for the top shelf being shorter. I don't think you could get a 25lb turkey in it.

• No, the shelves are not adjustable. I think it could hold a 25 pound turkey, but I haven't tried.

• The shelves are not adjustable, but the two largest shelves in there look like they could hold a 25lb turkey. The approx. measurements are: 13" depth, 9-1/4" height and 15-1/2" width.
