“will freezer restart after a power failure”

• Yes. My daughter accidently unpluggged the freezer to recharge her phone. It started up after power was restored.

• The booklet says "If the freezer is unplugged or loses power, you must wait 3-5 minutes before restarting it. The freezer will not start if you attempt to restart it sooner. In my opinion, this means you have to restart it yourself.......but they don't explain how......unless it's to put the dial to "minimum" again and start over? The instructions leave a bit to be desired.
