A:AnswerI would say it would, if not it would be very close. Also depending on your normal humidity levels. It has a comfort mode that keeps humidity about 50%. Keep in mind that you will have to empty the bucket probably twice a day unless you have a drain for it to automatically drain in to. You might also consider a commercial type Dehumidifier for long term and continuous use.
A:AnswerIf the unit was running at the time of the power interruption it should come back on. I can’t say for 100% as that hasn’t happened yet. I have unplugged the unit while it was running and plugging it back into the outlet the unit came back on.

A:AnswerI'd keep it at/around 50%. This way the air is not too humid or too dry, and mold will not have a chance to develop if you're putting it in the room that is below ground level (i.e "basement").
Plus keeping setting any lower (i.e. 30%) will keep it running constantly.
