A:AnswerWithout google- guessing I'd just call the insignia customer care line and have then give you the exact size/part number. Or take it to the store and let them know it's missing parts. I never have to wait long <5 mins for insignia and they are always super nice! Hope you get it taken care of
A:AnswerI have an Xbox one s connected to this TV and the image looks extremely clear, you need to make sure you are using a 4k hdmi cable because if you use a regular hdmi cable the image will look completely blurry.
