• No it does not. It is the remote for the entire tv with roku included. I have roku 3 also. The roku is built into the tv.

• It does not have the audio jack in the remote like the Roku 3 does, nor does it have the direct voice command built in to the included remote. The voice command feature is only available through the remote cell phone app.
