QuestionI've tried plugging in the Xbox to both HDMI 1and HDMI 2 and both either say "no tv signal" or just a blank screen. I'm not trying to watch TV through the Xbox just want to play Xbox on my fire TV. Any other ideas how to set this up?

- Answer Hi. I tried connecting my laptop and Nintendo Switch to the TV through the HDMI and it works fine just fine. You might want to try wiggling the cord on your Xbox because when I tried connecting the laptop, the sound didn't work at first and worked after I wiggle the cord.

- Answer We were able to easily mount this TV. We used a Samus simple mount from Costco that was for 35"-55" TVs and had no troubles with installation.

QuestionEvery time the Apple TV goes to sleep, the HDMI cec connection is lost completely. To fix it I go into settings to HDMI which is on. I then turn it off on. This happens daily I have the hdmi plugged into arc and the Apple TV’s hdmi cec is always enabled.
