Questionhello, two questions. 1) can the alexa function be disabled? 2) the actual alexa units have been shown to be listening even while not powered on. how can i be sure that the alexa function in this tv is not listening even if i don't engage the mic?

QuestionWhy isn't my insignia TV compatible with the Dishnetwork remote. I have to use the Dish remote to turn it on then go to Insignia remote to select satellite and then I can use the Dish remote.

However, you can setup the "Last Input" feature that allows you to turn ON your TV on the last input used before the TV was last turned OFF. QuestionBoth my parents and my Insignia Smart 4K FireTV editions have quit honoring the "LAST INPUT" setting and always return to HOME screen. This is annoying and NOT what we both purchased. Please fix software (I even did upgrade to make sure latest).

QuestionConnected my basic cable via HDMI to a new NS-32DF310NA19 and only one channel is showing (ABC). Navigation wheel on the remote doesn't change it, Alexa doesn't change it, how can I surf through the channels (no apps please!).
