“What does the small light on the front of the tower indicate? I plugged in a few devices and it seems to slowly blink on and off and doesn’t charge the 4th device. Does anyone know what this means?”

From my experience, the STABLE/NON BLINKING small light indicates that your phone is charging. If it blinks on and off and on and off, then it means it is not charging.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My “indicator lamp” (small blue front) stays on steady while charging. I’ve only had maybe max of 3-4 items at once plugged in with no problems. The light will stay on after unplugging unit do to capacitor charge internal, goes out in... maybe 30 seconds. My guess on your situation is that you are either OVERWORKING the “Max charge rate”. (9.6 TOTAL amp output, 5 volts) and the “Smartcharge” is working delegating charge appropriately to each port -OR- the unit is defective. They are made in China.
