- Answer The BASE (bottom ⅜”) twists OFF CW (clockwise) direction. Then you can screw or use stickie pads to mount or hold in place.

QuestionCan I use this charger outside the US like middle east countries since voltage is different over there? Or should I use an adaptor in order to obtain the optimum charging time? And what adapter do you recommend? Thanks

- Answer Assoom, Unfortunately the specs on the product page on the Best Buy website doesn't list input voltages. That said check the item or the manual and if the input voltage says 110V - 240V you will only need an outlet adapter to make the plug on the device fit into the wall found here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-global-travel-adapter-kit-black/5010112.p?skuId=5010112 If the voltage on the item only states 110V then you will need to get a voltage converter. QuestionWhat does the small light on the front of the tower indicate? I plugged in a few devices and it seems to slowly blink on and off and doesn’t charge the 4th device. Does anyone know what this means?

- Answer From my experience, the STABLE/NON BLINKING small light indicates that your phone is charging. If it blinks on and off and on and off, then it means it is not charging.
