A:Answer Probably...I have used a setup like that before and it worked. It was a long time ago though. It would depend on if the mic input on your PC was wired the same way, and it likely is. If you have a stanard 3.5mm aux cable, you could plug if into your phone or other audio source and PC and, if you get a signal, then it should work fine.
