- Answer Probably...I have used a setup like that before and it worked. It was a long time ago though. It would depend on if the mic input on your PC was wired the same way, and it likely is. If you have a stanard 3.5mm aux cable, you could plug if into your phone or other audio source and PC and, if you get a signal, then it should work fine.

- Answer See what your receiver signal output plug is first. Many are usually RCA out. If your speakers are RCA input then you will need two separate cables that are male RCA on both ends. Order two cables with an extra 5 feet of length each so you are sure to have enough length to adjust speaker position. Good luck.

- Answer Only if your "hdmi tv" has analog inputs for red/yellow/white.---- in my case, the "headphone" output accepted the single black cord and the red and white completed the ANALOG connection. HDMI is digital only. If your "rca dvd player" has a HDMI connection you can use it.

- Answer This is only good for audio. And RCA is not recommended unless you have an older video recorder. If you have a USB it usually means your recordings are formatted into files and you can easily copy them to your computer using a proper USB adapter.

- Answer No, it will not. Ask for an HDMI and be sure your TV has it. All modern TVs have at least one of those ports. I posted an image to know what to look for.
