Can I saute with this? null

There is a button on the face of the selection panel located at the middle bottom. It clearly is labeled: Sear/Saute. So, Go for It! I haven't used my unit as of yet. I purchased it when the price was rock bottom, so it was an offer I couldn't refuse.
